Activities

The core activities of GEN-I, d.o.o. and the GEN-I Group are divided into two main pillars:         

• Electricity trading                  
• Sale of electricity to end-customers and purchase of electricity from producers         

These activities are carried out by various profit centers and within separate portfolios which are connected by common market prices. This approach enables the company to easily evaluate the performance of individual units. The management of the Group is centered around electricity trading. The connection between the two activities creates synergy effects, as it increases the reliability of electricity trading and sale, and reduces risks.
