Ljubljana, 21 December 2010 – At the end of this year, Poceni elektrika (Affordable Electricity) will have gained almost 16,000 customers. GEN-I's survey, which was conducted among households to determine customer satisfaction, showed that the most important factor for customers is price, followed by a transparent and intelligible invoice. Invoicing items such as “account maintenance costs” or various “fees” is not an appropriate business practice, and it is once again evident what an important role GEN-I plays in introducing the European “customer-friendly supplier” concept into the Slovenian household customers segment.
