Prior to the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic, GEN-I established a special team that is carefully monitoring the spread of the coronavirus at both the national and global levels. That team continuously adopts measures in connection with the organization of work with the aim of ensuring business continuity.
On March 13, 2020, 95% of employees were instructed to work from home. All employees were provided the necessary technical equipment for unimpeded work. No major differences relative to normal work at the Company’s head office and organizational units are expected. An isolated environment was ensured at the Company’s head office and organizational units for employees unable to work smoothly from home due to the specific nature of their job and where the inability to perform their tasks could affect the business process of GEN-I, d.o.o. For additional safety reasons, work processes are being implemented by two separate teams.
