Price based on the decree on the determination of electricity price

Notice of 27 November 2023

On 1 January 2024, a new Decree on the determination of electricity price (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 107/2023; hereinafter referred to as the “Decree”) will enter into force, which, inter alia, sets the maximum permitted retail price of electricity for household customers for 90% of the household customer’s actual monthly consumption for each tariff separately in the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024, with the remaining 10% of the household customer’s actual monthly consumption during this period being calculated according to the price specified in the contract for the supply of electricity, or in the applicable price list.

The maximum retail electricity prices permitted by the Decree for 90% of the actual monthly consumption of a household customer which, at the time of the entry into force of the Decree, fulfils the conditions laid down in the Decree and which is subject to the Regular Electricity Price List for Household Customers, in force from 1 January 2024 (or the applicable Regular Electricity Price List for Household Customers) will be applied directly on the basis of the Decree for the purpose of calculating the electricity consumed in the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024.

For such household customers who meet all the conditions set out in the Decree, the tariffs for 90% of the actual monthly electricity consumption during the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 will be, according to the Decree: for HT: EUR 0.11800/kWh (price excl. VAT) or EUR 0.14396/kWh (price incl. 22% VAT), for LT: EUR 0.08200/kWh (price excl. VAT) or EUR 0.10004/kWh (price incl. 22% VAT) and for ST: EUR 0.09800/kWh (price excl. VAT) or EUR 0.11956/kWh (price incl. 22% VAT). Taking into account the above, this means that, as from 1 January 2024 and onwards, only 10% of the actual monthly electricity consumption of each tariff will be charged according to the Regular Electricity Price List For Household Customers in force from 1 January 2024 onwards, or according to the applicable price list, to all household customers during the period of validity of the Decree 2024.
